We presented Roma Capitale's Atlante project as a case study at the Proptech Course at the Politecnico di Milano, organised by the Italian PropTech Network.
Atlante represents a virtuous example of how public administration can adopt advanced digital tools for an efficient and transparent management of real estate assets. This innovative portal allows the Municipality of Rome to enhance and monitor its heritage, making it accessible in a clear and participatory way to citizens.
The event was attended by Paolo Vari and Tommaso Antonucci, Director of the Heritage Enhancement and Housing Policies Department of hashtag#RomaCapitale, who shared with the students and professionals present the challenges and results achieved with this project.
Innovation in the real estate sector is at the core of our mission, and we are excited to contribute to the training of new Italian proptech talent.
