L'app Facility is the mobile application that organises, controls and manages maintenance work, facilitating the sharing of information between the asset manager and the facility management companies that manage maintenance.
Through the three main functionalities - orders, assets and messages - it is possible to closely monitor the management process of each activity, from reporting to acceptance, from inspection to execution and verification.
The Facility app is based on the REFTREE system of IdeaRE, the platform for real estate management and digitisation which makes it possible to have constantly and continuously updated information available.
